This system provide mainly four special features that gain effectiveness & efficiency in conveying goods.

Due to the consistant pulling between belt & rollers, there is no clanking sound. At the same time, a 35% in sound reduction generated form bearings & sprockets.
· Clean
The roller surface touches nothing but the conveyed items, thus it is the ideal conveyor for food, pharmaceutical & laboratory items etc.
· Safe
Compared to conventional live roller types, it is extremely rollers, the slip mechanism will stop the rollers from rotating immediately.
· Economical
One motor for each unit is used in conventional conveyors, but in our case, drive shaft operates each individual rollers. Fewer motors offers flexibility of system layout and planning. |
